The subject of this public contract was the supply and implementation of a system for managing security information and events - SIEM. Part of the subject of the public contract was the supply of the necessary hardware and software, to be precise software licenses and the provision of related services in the field of cyber and information security for a period of 5 years. The required solution forms part of the measures to ensure cybersecurity standards pursuant to Act No. 181/2014 Coll., On Cyber Security and on Amendments to Related Acts (the Cyber Security Act), as amended. The solution is designed for data collection, correlation, and availability from the client's two data centers.
An interesting feature of this delivery is, in addition to the IBM Qradar, IBM Guardium, and IBM Risk Manager technologies, also a non-traditional combination with the introduction of an information security management system that precedes the implementation.
In the project, we will provide support services in ensuring organizational security measures in accordance with the Methodological Instruction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, which was published in Bulletin No. 7/2019 in the following areas:
- information security management system, risk management
- security policy, design, and documentation of SŘBI processes
- safety procedures and documentation
- project proposals for the introduction of technical measures with an emphasis on tools
- organizational security
- setting safety requirements for suppliers
- asset management
- security of human resources
- traffic and communication management
- access control of persons
- acquisition, development, and maintenance
- managing cybersecurity events and cybersecurity incidents
- control and audit
We co-implement supplies and services with a total value of almost 17 million CZK excluding VAT with our partner company NGSS.
