We delivered complex systems of computing, storage, and security infrastructure for the new science center in Vestec near Prague.

We provide complex support and supply of ICT technologies to offices, service, and production plants of KONE ČR. For more than 15 years we serve as a single point of contact for hundreds of users, whether it is a 24/7 phone line, helpdesk portal, or direct daily on-site support.

In the autumn of 2020, we acquired a project entitled Delivery and implementation of SIEM and services within cyber and information security for the most important medical facilities in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

The delivery of the multi-vendor solution tested the capabilities of the three technical departments in our services division and placed high demands on project management. The project worth 102 million CZK excluding VAT is one of our company\'s largest one-off orders in terms of volume, and its implementation lasted the first 10 months of 2020.

TOTAL SERVICE supplied technology and started operating a private data center as a service for the second-largest university in the Czech Republic.

AUDITOR raised a need to replace obsolete technologies that ensure the company´s operations, including the requirement to implement advanced user support for several branches. We built a new centralized infrastructure technology based on Lenovo Flex System, VMware, Veeam, and Terminal Services.

Significant investments in the IT infrastructure of the city have been made in the years 2017-2018 when Prague City Hall gradually bought technologies for two new modern data centers. These data centers needed to be assembled, configured and their architecture had to be secured so that it could be actively used by the Office and the established organization to run key applications. Operation of these data centers was required 24/7 with the response time to critical outages up to 2 to 4 hours.

Vitana is also a member of the Orkla Group, which created the need to expand the IT team and ensure infrastructure management for all branches in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Together, we set our responsibilities and gradually took over the management of the infrastructure from the foreign outsourcing agency with which Vitana had worked until then.

VALEO has long had difficulty recruiting a sufficient number of reliable IT professionals, including related budgetary difficulties. VALEO solved this problem with external ICT management from TOTAL SERVICE.

Municipal District Authority Prague 9 dealt with the lack of qualified staff who would be able to effectively meet the demands of the introduction of electronic devices in public administration and address the related management of modern technologies. We have played the role of a key ICT partner of the Office in various positions and areas. Among other things, we participated in the creation and management of several dozen specific applications and data messaging systems.
