We’ve been operating on the Czech ICT infrastructure market for 23 years and our team consists of 120 core employees and several external specialists. Our technological department counts almost 90 specialists managing data centers, providing cybersecurity, engaging in system integration, and offering innovative ICT solutions. All this in the 24/7/365 mode.

He has been a part of TOTAL SERVICE from the very beginning and currently acts as chief executive officer, at the same time being the majority owner. He enjoys his work helping entrepreneurs focus on their businesses instead of on their IT, thus helping them achieve the best results possible.

Jaromír joined us in 2006 as a technical director and became a board member in 2020. He is in charge of strategic management and development of technical division, focusing among others on cyber security.

Jan has been part of the TOTAL SERVICE business division since 2012 and today he works for us as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). He is responsible for the entire sales division and is in charge of business development in our company.

Jiří has worked with us since 2003 and is responsible for financial management. He is in daily contact with the economic, logistics and sales team. As a member of the board, he is responsible for acquisition and legislation.

Tomáš runs the largest department of our company, which is the technical division, amounting to one third of our business turnover. His teams provide and evolve complex IT services and projects. He also concentrates on business development and communication with clients within this field.

Jana is in charge of managing the company’s personnel and the development of its corporate culture. Within the human resources division, she is responsible for deepening and improving the processes that affect our employees.
