Our technological department counts almost 90 specialists managing data centers, providing cybersecurity, engaging in system integration, and offering innovative ICT solutions. Who’s in Charge?

Jan Šlapal

CEO, Chairman of the Board

Jan has assumed the role of CEO and is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic development of the company. In collaboration with management and teams from various departments, he focuses on strengthening our position in the market. Jan is a key person in external communication and represents our company in public. His vision is to maintain and develop an innovative culture that supports the growth and satisfaction of both employees and clients.

Jan Navrátil

Chief Sales Officer, Member of the Board

Jan has been part of the TOTAL SERVICE business division since 2012 and today he works for us as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). He is responsible for the entire sales division and is in charge of business development in our company.

Jiří Chovanec

Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Board

Jiří has worked with us since 2003 and is responsible for financial management. He is in daily contact with the economic, logistics and sales team. As a member of the board, he is responsible for acquisition and legislation.

Tomáš Myslivec

Technical director, Member of the Board

Tomáš runs the largest department of our company, which is the technical division, amounting to one third of our business turnover. His teams provide and evolve complex IT services and projects. He also concentrates on business development and communication with clients within this field.

Jana Hančurová

Personnel Director, member of the Supervisory Board

Jana is in charge of managing the company’s personnel and the development of its corporate culture. Within the human resources division, she is responsible for deepening and improving the processes that affect our employees.
